Watco WA Rail has been around for nearly 6 years and the railroad's newest acquisition at the time of the photograph was HL220, an EMD J26C-2SS, similar to a SD38-2 originally built for the NSWGR. It was purchased for Watco work trains, but surprised us when it appeared on this standard gauge grain train.
