Remarks & Notes
Leaving their train on the transfer track. CN 149 has just left their train on the transfer track of CN's Montreal Sub, as the power (SD75I's CN 5732, CN 5742 & CN 5673) heads east light to lift a cut of cars left by CN 121 the previous night on CN's new right of way here, not yet in use for the most part. At left is a classic signal gantry whose days are numbered.

The EMD SD (special duty) series are a strong and reliable kind of locomotive which still serve America's rails today. They have proved themselves reliable by clocking in several million miles of freight service over several decades.
