Remarks & Notes
With the St. Lawrence & Atlantic Railway bridge outage to continue for the foreseeable future, detours continue to operate between Lennoxville and Iberville, Quebec on the Central Maine & Quebec Railway, as well as from Iberville to Montreal on Canadian Pacific. On January 29, an eastbound detouring SLQ train 394 is seen passing Central Maine & Quebec's next-day J2 power, SD40-2Fs 9024, 9020 and 9023. The SLQ set consisted of 5 units at the time of the photo in Farnham Yard. Taken with permission and following briefing with CMQ.
