About 4 p.m. on a clear January 31st, Ft. Worth & Western's FWCR, the Cresson Turn, treads lightly on jointed rail just south of Tower 60. FWWR has seen a boom in traffic, with frac sand headed for San Angelo in the Permian Basin leading the list of reasons.
