| The steamtrain of the RhB and Club 1889 through the Engadine from Samedan to Scuol-Tarasp stopped at Ardez for two crossings with service trains. The driver ist taking care of lubrification. A push pull train with shoving Ge 4/4 II # 619 in a blue publicity paint scheme for the newspaper Südostschweiz is leaving the station. The shapely 800 HP 2-8-0 "Consolidation" G 4/5 # 108 "Engiadina" was built by SLM Winterthur in 1906 and is based at Samedan.
