6" of fresh powder, a freezing fog and sub zero temps overnight turned potions of northeast Illinois into a winter wonderland. Shortly after 8am, the Kankakee, Beaverville & Southern is seen crossing the Toledo, Peoria & Western on their way to pickup a cut of previously loaded cars from Tate & Lyle in Fowler to deliver to the NS in Lafayette.
