| ST GP9 #77--the Boston and Maine heritage unit--leads ST Train MOED out of the East Portal of Hoosac Tunnel in Florida, Massachusetts. The 77--paired with the Maine Central heritage unit, ST 52--came west out of East Deerfield Yard on this day to recrew and pick up this MOED in North Adams. As far as I know, this is the only time that the 77 led a train through the famous Hoosac Tunnel. |
