Here is another Baldwin Locomotive Works 4-8-4, number 2651, built for the Northern Pacific Railway. My great, great uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., who worked for Baldwin as a design engineer, would give these Baldwin cards to my father when he was a boy. I recently was able to purchase an original Baldwin vellum drawing of an 0-8-0 Steam Storage Locomotive for the Hacienda Chicama - Peru, that was drawn in 1935 by our great, great uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr. A real treasure for sure and I am amazed at all the different locomotive designs he worked on during his career at Baldwin. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builder's photo card is part of the John R. Doughty collection.
