During the last run of the Ringling, Barnum, and Bailey Bros circus train, the Red Unit is seen passing through Hastings, TX on the BNSF about 25 miles south of Houston.
Despite the power, the train is in fact a BNSF train on its run from San Antonio to New Orleans. However, its presence on the BNSF here is actually coincidental, as its normal route into Houston on the UP (via trackage rights) was out-of-service due to a pier shifting on UP's Brazos River bridge.
