| Returning from International Paper in Statesville: The prospering line that is the Alexander Railroad is hard at work serving one of their many customers on this roughly 20-mile line. After dropping a cut of cars at the NS Interchange, the crew then worked International Paper. This small cut of box cars will also be moved to the interchange once the crew is done working that spur. International Papers' location provides a neat perspective for those interested in photographing this operation as you can shoot from on top of a small hill down toward the crossing. |
