Central Vermont GP9 4558 and its mates take on fuel in the Boston & Maine yard at Springfield, MA, after arriving from St. Albans, VT, on CV/B&M pool train CVSP. At the time the B&M pooled power on the Connecticut Valley line with both the CV and CP.
