Almost the end of an era. The east end of New Castle Yard and P&W Jct. are home to some of the few remaining B&O CPL's on the system. However their time is almost here, a new signal base is in place at P&W Jct. and it's probably safe to bet the dwarfs in the yard aren't far behind. After their replacement, the only remaining CPL's in the state of Pennsylvania will be on the Buffalo and Pittsburgh mainline between (I believe) Johnsonburg and Bradford, and in terms of CSX, the next closest CPL's will be in Western Ohio.
