Do you think the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad could have foreseen another railroad's locomotive or even one from another country use its line to and from without question?
Here a Kansas City Southern SD70ACe leads CSX K673 empty oil cans west through the famed Magnolia Cutoff near Paw Paw, WV. The train has just recrossed the Potomac River after doing so on the opposite side of Graham Tunnel. The tunnel and river itself lie in Maryland and the train is re-entering West Virginia. |
