Remarks & Notes
In the late 1960s/early 70s, Brooklyn's Bush Terminal Railroad was known as the home of some of GE's first diesels, a group of seven 60-ton, 300hp mini-hood units built in 1931 that turned out to be very long-lived. Bush Terminal 5, 39 years old at the time, worked the little railroad's main yard on a spring day.
