Retro Blues lead NB Florida East Coast train 230 into the morning sun in Saint Augustine, Florida. The brilliant blue is a striking contrast to the Yellow and Red Champion paint scheme that most of the roster is adorned with. The retro blue lead train is rolling north on the heels of 218. NB 226 was not far behind, and was knocking down Saybrook. Saint Augustine is often shot, and a favorite place on the railroad for many. I tried to shoot many angles that not many shoot, and hopefully you will enjoy the photos forthcoming over the next few days. I also was able to shoot 905 at Bayard, and 905, and 107, at Sunbeam. This morning I shot two Gevo lead northbounds, but the cherry on top was this mornings 230 that happened to have a champion SD40 leading. Enjoy this look at the northern end of the FEC!
