Bi-mode (electro/battery) locomotive Eea 936 # 131 is pulling 4 lowfloor cars with a brand new 1 meter gauge "Tango" train from StadlerRail for the Appenzeller Bahnen (AB) along the pond at Riedt near Erlen. The AB ordered 11 of this ABe 8/12 streetcar like vehicles with 135 seats second class and 12 seats in first class. This is the second train with half trains Be 4/6 # 4002 and ABe 4/6 # 4102. This transfer run of the train is going to the Stadler work Altenrhein, from where the "Tango" will be transported by street transport to St.Gallen. The bogies of the train will get the side covers later. This "Tango" trains will run between Trogen, Speicher, St.Gallen, Teufen, Gais and Appenzell from next autumm, when the new Ruckhalden tunnel at St.Gallen will be finished.
