Remarks & Notes
In Amtrak's first summer, Penn Central P2b class electrics built in 1929 and 1930 for the Cleveland Union terminal electrification still powered Empire Service trains south of Croton-Harmon. This big black P-motor sparked its way through Tarrytown, NY, with Albany-New York train 80.
