4-6-4 tank engine 78 # 468, a prussian "T 18", is pulling the DPE 61940 from Trier to Gerolstein between Ehrang and Kordel, near the Ramstein castle ruins. The 3-axle cars are called "Umbauwagen", reconstructed vehicles with new carbodies on old frames for cost reduction after WW II. About 6500 of this cars were built during the 1950' by several railway owned works. Nowadays, some are preserved by different associations and museum railways.
