| CP H15 heads back to St. Paul as light power with an eccentric mix of locomotives. SOO 4598 is the last candy apple red SOO unit on the CP roster and has certainly seen better days. The two middle units, CP 5107 and 5109, are rebuilt SD40-3s that were released from NRE in Silvis last week. |
