A new crew walks over to their westbound train from the Butler yard office in the middle of a Wisconsin snowstorm on December 3, 1990. The arriving crew made a setout with PRGBA (Proviso to Green Bay), and now one of the crossover switches is filled in with snow in the reverse position stopping an extra military train on the southbound main. It’ll take a bit of sweeping and shoveling to get everything back to normal so the trains can proceed. The eastbound (southbound) military train is equipment headed for deployment in the Gulf War.
