It's the first time that Tacoma Rail's sole GP23ECO has led anything south of Freighthouse Square, as it was assigned to the DuPont local (Job 103) to fill in for the 2200, out for maintenance. The train is shown here approaching DuPont yard at the 41st Division Drive crossing. It has quite an unusual horn, a Leslie S2. It's one of two in Washington in regular use, the other one being on Amtrak MP15 530, the Seattle coach yard switcher.
