So... this happened, lol. Two SEPTA AEM-7 led push-pull commuter sets meet up at Strafford, PA with No. 2301 overtaking No. 2302 by the time they arrive at the station. This unexpected event offered two photographic opportunities as well as some camera advice I'd like to share. First - don't let anyone tell you there's no value to having extra megapixels to work with (in this case, 30 MP, cropped considerably). Second, it's not a bad idea to carry TWO cameras, if you have 'em, with two different focal lengths. In this case, with a heat advisory and temps one degree shy of 100, a long zoom probably would not have offered much to defeat the heat. As for the two photo ops, this was the better of the two as by the time they arrived at the station, an evil railfan hating cloud appeared on an otherwise sunny day and I got burned. Dark meet anyone? No - no one likes burnt meatballs!
