Remarks & Notes
In the early days of the BNSF Railway, a Santa Fe B40-8W leads a westbound stack train at Park Moabi, CA, not far from the Arizona-California border. This is a very desolate but starkly beautiful area of the Mojave Desert, which gives way to the high desert and Arizona Plateau far to the east.
