| Q646 utilizes the new Pyne siding extension that opened in October of last year as it pulls 87 cars north past the loaded coal train of N040 for a meet just outside of downtown LaGrange. A year ago this scene would be only a single track slicing through the thick forest of pine trees, today this area is part of a 4.2 mile long passing track that allows for better train meets near the busy junction of LaGrange. |
