Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad train no. 216 approaches Labato, New Mexico, on the steep 4-percent grade of Cumbres Pass on the morning of June 6, 2018. Trailing the train is C&TS Parlor car No. 512, the “Colorado.”
