In what was a rare move for the first time in 8 months, H76 ventured up the NS Portland Secondary all the way to East Stroudsburg to collect 81 cars from Delaware Lackawanna, due to the Nav Aug Tunnel being washout, NS has 310 cars backlogged to Allentown for the Lower Half of the DL Main, since DL is unable to go through the Nay Aug Tunnel. This may become common as the damage report is said to be severe as when Hurricane Diane came through years ago, with the day ending with pouring rains and thunderstorms, overall it was a successful move.
