Remarks & Notes
The Signal's Dropped...Let's Highball! With the semaphore signal having just dropped to a clear, the engineer of Fillmore & Western No. 14 prepares his take his train...backwards? In reality, the signal has been frozen in this position for sometime and has served as a static display next to the tracks. On this cloudy morning in Santa Paula No. 14 is shoving the day's passenger train out of its overnight location of "The Loose Caboose" and toward Santa Paula where it will be operating three round trips out of.
