CN delivers new Roy Hill ES44ACis.....well, not quite. New CN ES44AC Tier 4 credit units 3815 and 3814 are the north facing units ahead of wrapped Roy Hill Australia ES44ACis 1022, 1023, 1024, 1025 and 1026, together with an ATSF open-top hopper at the rear containing (I assume) parts for the Roy Hill units. They are all set out on the lead to the BNSF at Lambert awaiting pickup.
Of special note is the fact that though these units shipped out of the Port of Houston after July 1, 2018, as of the middle of August they had yet to arrive at Roy Hill. Anyone have any clues/info as to why??
