| After decades of hauling coal from countless mines with diesels in drab black paint, The Monongahela Railway lightened up its paint scheme when it revamped its roster with eleven remanufactured former WP U23B’s from GE. Here four of the Super 7-23B’s begin the flood loading of a train at Consolidated Coal’s Blacksville Number 2 Mine at Wana, West Virginia. |
