The LA&L uses a pair of Alcos to switch lumber cars at Matthews & Fields Lumber in Henrietta, New York. The crew has picked up the empty centerbeam and dropped a loaded boxcar, and the conductor now rides out on LAL 428 to put the outbound train back together.
