An Amtrak eastbound Keystone rounds the elevated curve through Christiana, PA, passing the restored and preserved 1912 built station. To the far right are the preserved freight house and a Conrail bay window caboose. To the left of the cab car led Keystone train is the 1854 built Dickinson Hotel on West Slokom Avenue. The building is in the process of being restored, including replacing the balcony's that once gave travelers a fantastic view of the ongoing parade of railroad traffic. From 1989 to 2005, the building was the Railroad Lounge and apartments. Future possibilities include overnight accommodations, a reception hall and restaurant.
