| A final goodbye as the afternoon sun finally peaks out of the stubborn low clouds as an EDRJ freight eases by the parked former ST 77 and MEC 52 (not shown both with RPCX reporting marks). The EDRJ crew will drop their train on the two waybilled GP9s bound to a short line in Utah. The CSXT B767 Local will make a dusk pickup to bring the old B&M warriors back to Selkirk Yard. This is likely the last ever Pan Am freight to pass these old Geeps on their home railroad after 61 years of service on the Boston & Maine and Guilford/ST. |
