Last and First

The highest- and lowest-numbered of Norfolk & Western’s, as well as Nickel Plate’s, nine RSD12’s work out their final years at N&W’s coal docks at Lambert’s Point, Virginia. Striping from their NKP days is peeking through the N&W paint on both of the Alco’s.
