| The FCAB line to Bolivia is reaching nearly 4000 meter on the Ascotan pass summit. Former Queensland Railway GL26C-2 # 2004 and former Columbia (FNC) GT22CU-3 (rebuilt GR12) # 2404 are pulling a boxcar train from Bolivia to Antofagasta shortly before the summit, with Salar de Ascotan on the right. The mountain in the background is 5688 meter high Cerro Araral, on the border to Bolivia. |
