June 2018. Zhuzhou factory held a new product press conference. 250 km / h power dispersive double deck EMU. 250 km / h power dispersive double-decker EMU, designed by Zhongche Zhuzhou Co., Ltd., is composed of 8 trains with a capacity of 820. The train is composed of 8 groups, 4 moves and 4 drags. The marshalling form is Tc1+M1+T1+M2+M3+T2+M4+Tc2. (Tc is trailer with cab, M is motor car, T is trailer). The train can be organized flexibly, and it can be organized in 4-6-8 with 8 AW1 and 1708 AW3. This train has the technical advantages of large volume and high speed. The invention is suitable for high density and fixed train number as well as the traffic organization mode of the public transport operation. The train has a length of 206980mm, a width of 3360mm and a maximum axle load of 17t. It is the first high-speed double-decker EMU in China. The front of the car is streamlined, with the red ribbon on the shoulders extending along the curved surface of the vehicle streamline and running through the white and orange lines on the front of the car. The side windows are decorated with red, orange and black bands. The vehicle adopts a lightweight double-deck structure carbody platform, which is suitable for high speed and high steady bogie technology of high barycenter vehicles. It adopts distributed traction auxiliary system and light motor design. The air supply system of air conditioning is designed which is suitable for the convection of cold and hot air in double layer structure. A large number of modular and systematic design ideas are adopted throughout the vehicle, and the whole vehicle uses lightweight environmental protection materials. Compared with single-layer EMUs, the per capita energy consumption is saved by 20.6%.
