| Two veteran BNSF units work the Denver Yard under a late evening sun. 1572 was built in 1973 for the Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe as a SD45-2 (in the Kodachrome scheme) and was later rebuilt as a SD40-2R. BNSF 1826 was built for the Burlington Northern as a SD40-2 in 1974. |
