Toys for Tots on the Delaware Division
The Capitol Region Toys for Tots train makes their return back to Oak Island along the former Erie Delaware Division on trackage this train has never traversed prior to this year. Along with an array of private passenger equipment the train consist included Bennett Levin’s PRR E8s which will be placed in long term storage at the conclusion of the deadhead move back to Philadelphia.
