| Three of the six NYS&W SD60s lead a "lite power" SU-99 east on the former L&HR Hudson Secondary at Chester, NY. The decision was made to shuttle the road power back to Binghamton from New Jersey after bringing cars down the day before. They ended up being held for hours at Hudson Junction due to a miscommunication with NJ Transit. |
