The Webb Rail LLC - WEBX former New York Central sleeper/obs had the honor of bringing up the markers on the return deadhead move of the 2018 Capital Region Toys for Tots Train. On the morning of Sunday, December 2, 2018, the car passes "JC 210" in Kirkwood, NY just outside of the City of Binghamton as part of NYSW CL-PX/NS 041 on the former Erie Main Line (presently the New York, Susquehanna, and Western Railway). Although this area uses stick rail, in a short distance it will transition to continuously welded rail.
