| Sharp winding curves combined with wheel flanges and rail produce a squeal that cuts through the foliage announcing the arrival of intermodal train Q186. The orange of BNSF Heritage 2 paint on the leading Dash 9, adds even more color to the fall scenery while it rolls through with its train at 30mph. In a few minutes 7,080 feet of train will be gone, leaving the countryside quiet until the rumble of tonnage and steel fills the air yet again. |
