SCAX 890 sends a light haze of smoke skyward as it shoves hard on the rear of Metrolink 116. The southbound commuter train is bound for Los Angeles before it will take on another leg of work during the evening rush. To the right, work on improvements to the configuration of the platform(s) here at Van Nuys continues.
