| Two GP38-2's lead a loaded coal train downgrade past the former Winifrede Railroad enginehouse. The coal will be loaded into barges on the Kanawha River at Chesapeake WV. The barge loading facility closed in 2013 and the coal now is interchanged with the CSX. |
