It was all hands on deck after the double snow storms that hit the Rochester, NY area in March 1999. There was a blizzard that dumped 2 feet of snow on Thursday, and then a repeat on Saturday. The LA&L ran the road train up to Avon, NY on March 8, 1999, and everyone capable was involved in clearing snow.
