Historical 13 Arch Bridge
The 13 Arch Bridge, known popularly as "Pathimoonu Kannara Paalam" (in Malayalam), is built at the time of the British Colonial Rule by the South Indian Railway Co, Madras State and Travancore State. Its around 120 years old. The bridge is now modified and strengthened for operating Broad Gauge trains,since it was Metre Gauge initially. |
