| The soon to be demolished Nelson Street bridge spanning over CSX and Norfolk Southern in Atlanta, Georgia has just a short time left in existence before the 113 year old structure is dismantled. Nelson Street stretched the once grand southern entrance to Atlanta's Terminal Station. In April 1945 FDR's funeral train stopped beneath Nelson Street just to the left of this view after his death on April 12, 1945. |
