Remarks & Notes

The rain has been non-stop all day in the Mid-Atlantic region, causing flooding, poor road visibility, and my shoes to become soaked. Meanwhile in Ashland, a southbound CSX manifest trundles past the Amtrak station and visitors center and through this very cold rainstorm.
