Remarks & Notes

As WLE train #221 crawls at 10 MPH, it passes a farm near the outskirts of Creston, near Burbank, OH with Wheeling 3049 and 3046. This train would later pick up 4 cars for NS in Bellevue at Spencer, then swap crews with another eastbound at Brighton.
