CSX Q648-20 (Waycross,GA-Chicago,IL/BCR) is on it's way to the Chicago Belt Railway, but before the train could arrive up in the Windy City some day of so later, the general freight will have to arrive at Wauhatchie Yard for a crew change. Q648 is one of few freights that seem to flip-flop between the Lineville, and S&NA Sub via of Manchester, GA and Birmingham, AL, that get moved over to the Western & Atlantic, and Chattanooga Sub via of Atlanta, GA, and Chattanooga, TN just to get to Nashville, TN. A practice that is quite regular on this side of the CSX system. A lot of those rearrangement come from the fact that both Lineville, and the S&NA Sub is a straight shot route for hot trains compare for the numerous grades on both the Western & Atlantic, and Chattanooga Sub.
