| Just after sunset on a bitterly cold winter evening, a heavy westbound LPG train symboled as 301 roars upgrade west of Spencer, Ohio with BN painted WE 6388 leading the way. This train will receive a power swap when it arrives at CSX's yard in Willard and will operate west over their trackage to Chicago, where it will be handed off to the BNSF. |
