| Slow and Steady:
PREX GP7 701 eases the high and wide transformer load around a curve on the 85 pound jointed rail on the former Central of Georgia Statesboro Branch. This is the first time in history this type of movement would happen. The 701 would later break down in Statesboro and would need a rescue from the other road engines. |
